Yoga was traditionally taught one on one in a mentoring relationship between teacher and student. Private lessons provide a setting in which your specific needs can be addressed. Whether you need some one on one attention to help you feel comfortable in a class, or are working towards your first headstand, private sessions are a great way to help reach your goals. Our sessions will cater to your own body and life experience.
Private sessions are available in the privacy of your home or other locations convenient to you. Duet sessions (you and a friend or partner), as well as group privates are also available upon request.
